Shipping and Delivery

Delivery of your order in a secure and timely manner is of greatest importance to Industree Group and we take great pride in customer satisfactione.

All orders in stock and received before 12pm on any business day will be dispatched on that day, if we there is any need to backorder your order you will be notified urgently.

Should you need to track your order, please contact info@industree.com to obtain your order tracking number. To receive your order tracking number you will require your invoice number or order details.

Signature required for delivery, please ensure that someone will be available to receive the goods at the address you have provided otherwise a re-delivery fee may be applicable.

Delivery times can vary between destinations, however listed below are approximate times that could be expected in working days based on the product being in stock:

  • New South Wales, Sydney: 2 Days
  • New South Wales, Other Areas: 2-5 Days

Delivery Charges
Delivery is set at $15.00+gst Australia wide and orders over $1000.00 will be delivered FREE

Returns Policy

Industree Group will happily accept returns on faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products as your total satisfaction is paramount. If you contact our customer service representative by email to info@industree.com.au, or phone 1800 2 SOURCE.

Goods will not be accepted for return, credit or exchange without an official RGA (returned goods authorisation). Goods returned may be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. We will not refund, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order. We ask that you thoroughly check all details and all relevant applications for the products you choose. If you are unsure one of our customer service representatives will only be too happy to help – contact sales@industree.com

We endeavour to have all credits or replacements will be processed within seven to 14 days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund is processed.


All products supplied are guaranteed for quality, standards approved where applicable and performance, if it is found that your purchase has failed in any of these area’s we will pick up and replace that product.

When products have been found to be unsatisfactory you will be required to contact customer service at info@industree.com or phone 1800 276 872 and you will be issued with an RGA to return with your goods.

Whilst Industree Group import and supply a lot of their own lines we also support other manufacturer’s and for items sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, it will be the manufacturer’s responsibility to replace or refund where possible. If the manufacturer is unwilling to comply, Industree Group will replace the item or issue a refund of your purchase price for that product.
